The award-winning Tropical Island sauce is a mango-habanero sauce with jerk style seasonings. This is our "Grilling Sauce". Wings, pork chops, loins and shoulders, grilled or smoked, are the most popular applications for this sauce.

The Cali Verde, as named by a fan vote, is our answer to "can you do flavor with out heat?" It's a resounding Yes. Cali Verde is an avocado based verde sauce, with a strong taste of garlic on the front end and refreshing lime and cilantro on the back end. Whether used as a dip, a topper or to replace mayonaise, Cali Verde brings flavor to every meal it's invited to.

Our most unique sauce, Smoke Horse sauce, was a labor of love. It combines the smokiness and heat of an early trial run with the traditional taste of a cocktail sauce. It's a family favorite for pairing with our homemade kielbasa, and for dipping anything fried into it. Smoke Horse is a tomato and horseradish-based sauce with a little smoke, and a good kick from red habaneros.
