A mix of fresh garlic, black garlic, chipotle peppers with just enough Carolina Reaper pepper to bring a solid burn, Perfectly Garlic Sauce is our top selling product. Perfectly Garlic thrives on a balance of savory and smokey, with a little bit of sweetness.

Pineapple-Orange Sauce

Pineapple-Orange Sauce is our take on a spicy sweet and sour sauce. The perfect blend of Pineapple and Orange, with a kick from Thai Chiles. This is our fastest riser in sales. The lower heat level, sweetness and Asian inspired flavor profile give Pineapple-Orange Sauce a wider customer base.

Traditional Hot Sauce

Traditional Hot Sauce is our "Table Sauce", meaning it's on the table at every meal. The Fresno pepper base helps it to stand out from our competitors, while maintaining the versatility that they offer.

Carolina Golden Mustard

Carolina Golden Mustard is what happens when you pair a homemade mustard, molasses and Carolina Reaper peppers. A favorite of our mustard lovers, it brings a unique flavor and a significant amount of heat. Carolina Golden Mustard is a great replacement for mustard in most traditional uses.

Our Original Sauce

This is where the Stateline story begins. Our Original sauce was the first sauce we made and sampled out that made us believe we had something. It is a straight-forward mango-habanero sauce. Hot. Sweet. Flavorful. Versitle. Popular.

Tropical Island Sauce

The award-winning Tropical Island sauce is a mango-habanero sauce with jerk style seasonings. This is our "Grilling Sauce". Wings, pork chops, loins and shoulders, grilled or smoked, are the most popular applications for this sauce.

Cali Verde

The Cali Verde, as named by a fan vote, is our answer to "can you do flavor with out heat?" It's a resounding Yes. Cali Verde is an avocado based verde sauce, with a strong taste of garlic on the front end and refreshing lime and cilantro on the back end. Whether used as a dip, a topper or to replace mayonaise, Cali Verde brings flavor to every meal it's invited to.

Smoke-Horse Sauce

Our most unique sauce, Smoke Horse sauce, was a labor of love. It combines the smokiness and heat of an early trial run with the traditional taste of a cocktail sauce. It's a family favorite for pairing with our homemade kielbasa, and for dipping anything fried into it. Smoke Horse is a tomato and horseradish-based sauce with a little smoke, and a good kick from red habaneros.
